During our Open Play session, children have the freedom to explore our dynamic play areas, designed to cater to a variety of interests and age groups. From Foam pit to slides, challenging climbing structures, and interactive games, our playground offers a diverse range of activities that guarantee endless fun.
Our friendly staff will be on hand to ensure your safety and answer any questions you may have. We maintain a clean and sanitized environment, so you can relax and enjoy your time with peace of mind.
Open Play is perfect for families, playdates. It's an opportunity for children to engage in unstructured play, allowing them to develop important social, cognitive, and physical skills. They'll learn to navigate new environments, solve problems, and build confidence as they explore our exciting play zones.
Open Play Session Booking Policy:

Reservations: We highly recommend making a reservation in advance for our Open Play sessions to secure your spot. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone. Walk-in guests are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak hours.

Age Restrictions: Our Open Play sessions are designed for children aged 1 to 12 years old (Recommended for age 8 and under).

Duration: Each Open Play session has a 2-hour duration. Please check the available time slots when making your reservation and plan your visit accordingly.

Capacity Limits: Our facility has a maximum capacity of 20 children, with 15 spots available for online bookings and 5 reserved for walk-ins, depending on how busy and crowded the playground is. For private play sessions, please contact us in advance. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your entry, especially during busy periods.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Open Play session, please notify us as early as possible. Please note, spots will not be refunded if we do not receive notice ahead of the session start.

Safety Guidelines: The safety of our guests is our top priority. We have established safety guidelines that must be followed during the Open Play session. These guidelines cover appropriate footwear, supervision requirements, and behavior expectations.
